| Dear Kind Villa Bintang, Thanks you for made our holiday perfect (19-22 September 2011). That was my first time to stay at Nusa Dua area, stay in Kind Villa Bintang is suit with my expectation in quiet and cozy holiday. Especially stay in room 112 is very perfect room location All of your staffs is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fine, western food are delicious but for Indonesia foot too bad just so-so The breakfast buffet need more various menu. Dear Sir/Madam We have recently arrived back in Australia after enjoying out 14th consecutive annual holiday in Bali. We have stayed at the Villa Bintang each year for the "beach" part of our holidays, had a great time again, and are looking forward to 2011. People ask us why we stay at the same hotel each year, and we give them the following reasons. (i) it is easily the best value for money hotel we have found, and in fact gets better each year. The new Deluxe rooms are terrific. (ii) Probably for us the main reason is that Villa Bintang has fantastic staff - they are all exceptionally friendly and we have made quite a few lasting friends amongst them. They all provide consistent and first class service - from the reception personnel to the restaurant and pool staff and also the room cleaners and gardeners - the are all terrific. (iii) The pool is great and superbly maintained, and the restaurant (all meals) has steadily improved over the years with greater variety of choice for all meals. The in house Spa and massage facility is also excellent. (iv) The walking path along the beach is terrific, the new pool bar is a welcome addition, and the outdoor (special) meals are always great fun. (v) The entire Tanjung Benia area is continually improving with new accommodation venues, shop and an increasingly diverse range of excellent restaurants. So why stay anywhere else?? Beats us!!!! | We would like to thank all the staff at Bintang Villa for making our stay so memorable. The wedding ceremony that you organized for us was amazing. We would particularly like to thank Rocky for his exceptional service and care. nothing was too much trouble for him and his warmth and genuine happiness shine trough. Romeo also was exceptional with his help organizing the whole affair and i would like to thank the chef not only for the wonderful food but also sharing with us his satay recipe. I will treasure that and always think of our wonderful experience at villa bintang. Thanks you all !!! | |

A warm and friendly smile and hello and good and helpful service from all arcas including the the restaurant staff, housekeepers and pool and SPA members. The facilities have been of a high standart.
